Mr. Gilligan attended Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York and Newark College of Engineering, Newark, New Jersey.

Licensed to practice architecture after successful completion of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards examination in 1974, Mr. Gilligan maintained a proprietorship practice until July, 1976.  Mr. Gilligan maintains certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is also a licensed Professional Planner.

Following his education at Colby College, Waterville, Maine, and The Rhode Island School of Design, Providence Rhode Island (Bachelor of Architecture, 1966).   Mr. Bubnowski maintains a certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is also a licensed Professional Planner.
